Request PIN

Instructions:

• Returning users: Use the Forgot PIN link below if you need a new PIN.
• First time users: Choose the appropriate Division from the dropdown menu below(Elevators fall under UCC) and enter your six digit certification number; then, push the Request PIN button.
• If you have already provided an email address to BOIS on your application, your PIN will be emailed to that address.
• If you have not provided an email address to BOIS or you are not sure about the email address, please contact BOIS at CALBOIS@pa.gov to update your information.
